This is Chris Paduano of Paduagold construction. He says he likes doing custom construction because it is fulfilling to help people make their dreams come true. He and Kelly are discussing what comes next.
Chris puts a lot of effort into the foundation. First, he places great priority on establishing a good working relationship with clients so that we're all on the same page and we resolve issues together. Then he makes sure the concrete foundation is strong and true. For our project he brought in GPS surveyors to locate the footprint so that from the ground up the walls would be straight. When the forms were up there were no measurements off more than 1/8 of an inch. Pretty impressive!
