Years ago my friend, De-signer, advised me to keep a style file. My style file is a collection of things, photos mostly, that I am drawn to. As a collection they help me make decisions and create atmosphere.
To choose colors for the new house, we sat in the grass at the Hermitage and looked around to see what we loved about the place. We collected a style file from sage brush and Russian olive branches and matched them to the siding choices that were in our budget.

Very cool Leslie, where is the new house? and what style? and we are taking a cue from you and have put our house on the market and are wanting to buy one in Logan.
